After work today I drove into Waco to the sound of the "tornado siren" going off. After a brief stop to take cover in a store, I made my way to the house. It hailed (top picture) and the water was so bad that the roads were totally covered. Stephanie was stranded at Ryans so I had to get out and make my way to get the girls. The bottom picture is what I drove through when the water was up and over the road.; however, luckily it wasn't rushing that fast yet (or I wouldn't have driven through it). Needless to say it was SCAREY... but we are all safe & sound!!!!

Wow, I bet that was scarey. We got steady rain but not the flooding like y'all did...just missed us.
I had a difficult day yesterday with Ana & Nicole decided to drive to Abilene in the midst of all that. Ana's car broke down at Gatesville and we were on the phone back & forth...them in pouring rain. Finally got it towed and John made it over to Gatesville to retrieve them. HWY 36 was blocked for a while because of a tornadoe and water over the road. I'm ready for life to settle down.

I just knew something was up when I saw that picture you posted. It took me a while to figure out how to respond to it! *hugs* People use to always say the "terrible two's"... but I tend to think the "terrible tens"! *lol* Anyway... it WILL get better... just hang in there!

oh... and one more thing I've been meaning to ask... I've been looking at the pictures that your "friends" have posted... and some of them are always typing ds, dh, etc in their comments... what does that mean?
